Kids Ministry Senior Director is a full-time position responsible for overseeing and directing a comprehensive and effective children’s ministry (birth through 5th grade) that accomplishes the mission and vision of College Ave Church—to help children know, love, and follow the real Jesus. This person will ensure that the programs, personnel, policies, environment, and team culture work together to create an ideal atmosphere for families and achieve the desired goals and outcomes of the ministry and church.

The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative related tasks. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a high level, executive-minded leader. Must be technologically savvy, with high capability to effectively communicate through multiple electronic platforms, as well as over the phone. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to interact with all levels of internal staff, congregants, visitors, and external church relationships in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and spiritual maturity.
