Want to help reach the nations for Christ, right here at College Ave?

This is the 17th year that College Ave has partnered with Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse that delivers gift-filled shoeboxes to children around the world in Jesus’ name.

Each shoebox gift — filled with fun toys, school supplies and personal items — serves as a tangible expression of God’s love and enables ministry partners to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, God’s Greatest Gift. After outreach events, children are invited to participate in a 12-lesson discipleship program where they learn how to follow Jesus and share their faith with others.

Evangelism, discipleship and multiplication of the Gospel is occurring in more than 100 countries every year where OCC shoeboxes are delivered!

PACK shoeboxes individually or with your family

  • Pick up free shoeboxes on Oct. 24 or Nov. 1; fill and return by Nov. 15

  • See gift suggestions and instructions for How to Pack a Shoebox that is fun, full and personalized.

  • Help us pack up 1,300+ shoebox gifts in the Student Center building

DONATE to help cover costs for the shoeboxes filled at the packing party

VOLUNTEER with our College Ave/OCC team.

  • We can use help throughout the Operation Christmas Child season, including leading up to and during the packing party on Nov. 8. Life groups can also serve together.
